Dr Claw, a man so sinister and evil one of his hands is actually a claw. Bent on conquering the Earth, he will stop at nothing to make sure he succeeds. Standing in his way though is the robotic cop Inspector Gadget, a half man half machine crime fighting force. Helped along by his niece Penny and dog Brain, they fight the good fight against the dark and evil Claw and his MAD organization of evil.
