Just about anyone can create a custom figure. All it takes is a creative spark and enough patience to sit down and make a vision come to life. Custom figures can be created many ways. One way is to take any old figure you have lying around and give it a new exciting paint job. Another is to remove parts from various figures and use them to build an entirely new one. To go along with Prometheus I got asked to fix up this guy. Both the villains from the last seasons of Arrow and Flash. Amazingly, the request wasn't for that reason. Purely coincidental. I'm aiming to work on some of the Rogues shortly, so this Flash villain ended up being well timed. His entire shirt is supposed to have small squares on it, so instead of smoothing his torso over and drawing them on, I just sculpted the whole thing up. Seemed to come out much better that way.
