IMPORTANT NOTE: The Benzites are a recent addition to Starfleet and we are still learning much about their subtleties, especially concerning interpersonal communications. They have evolved into a highly structured society on Benzar and, therefore, have some difficulty integrating into Starfleet's somewhat looser organization. Be aware that Benzites from the same geo-structure are almost identical in appearance. Care must be exercised not to confuse one Benzite with another."
