Hub Cat and Bumper are the Dummies pets. A cat named Hub cat, and a dog named Bumper. They both spread apart (looks like they spread out and get flat) when they are ran over by any cars, or stepped on. They are extremely rare and can range anywhere from 30-60$. One is brown and the other is black in color. These did not come out in pro-teck sereis only Vince and Larry, and Slick and Spin series. They are worth 10-15$ more in V&L series.
