Tabletop Clash Custom Contest
A lucky roll of the dice or drawing the right card at the right time can decide your fate during Family Game Night, but you'll need more than just good fortune if you'd like to earn the bronze, silver, or gold awards this month. The object of July's contest here at Figure Realm is to create a custom toy based on your favorite tabletop game. You can choose to make someone/something based on any board game (RISK, Clue, Chess, etc.), card game (Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Duel Masters, etc.), or pencil-and-paper roleplaying game (Dungeons & Dragons, Vampire: The Masquerade, Shadowrun, etc.)

Here are some ideas for possible entries: (1) You could craft a figure of any character that appears in the tabletop game of your choice (Uncle Pennybags from Monopoly, a Drow Arachnomancer from Dungeons & Dragons, the Avatar of Woe from Magic: The Gathering, etc.) (2) Maybe you'd like to give a board game an action figure themed makeover. For example, you could get yourself a bunch of M.U.S.C.L.E./Kinnikuman mini figures, paint half of them red and the other half black, and then customize a checker board to look like a wrestling ring. (3) You might make a scene/diorama of some of your toys actually "playing" a miniaturized version of a game. Just imagine Mr. Fantastic and Plastic Man figures contorted into all sorts of crazy shapes while engaged in a heated Twister match! Remember that these are only suggestions, you're free to come up with other creative interpretations as well, so long as whatever you do follows the central theme of the contest.

- No video games, only actual tabletop games. That said, you are permitted to submit a video game related entry IF there's some sort of real world game based on the franchise/property that the character appears in (the Pokemon collectible card game for example). The same thing goes for movie/television or comic book characters--if there's a tabletop game based on it, and the person/thing you want to make appears in said game, then it's legal subject matter for the contest. And, on that note, don't forget to tell us what game your custom figure is from in your entry description!

- There are no size/scale limitations, and you can use whatever parts/materials/tools you wish--if you want to make a Masterwork Iron Golem completely out of 20-sided polyhedral dice, you can.

Please remember to follow the Contest Rules and to Vote Fairly.
