This was actually a commission mixup. A couple of my longtime regulars now just send me lists of characters they want and I slowly work my way through them. I got to this guy and realized we both forgot there were two Tempests that became Black Lanterns. He forgot about Garth dying and I forgot the Doom Patrol Tempest even existed. But, I'm still glad I made him. He's the last Tempest design - that I'm aware of - that I haven't made yet. There's probably a Rebirth one I haven't seen yet. lol

Head was a cast, I think from AngelForge. I've had it for ages, and that's where most of those old ones came from. The repaint was insanely tedious, but that's all he took from there, and done!
