Hey, Realmers! Next up is a very special custom, commissioned by a close friend; Shaka Zulu, the classic African warrior. Way before Black Panther, Apollo Creed, Mr. T and other greats, Shaka Zulu is the original Black super hero. I started with an import SOTA Dhalsim head, removed the "eye" on the forehead, prepped the body for paint rub, sandpapered, sculpt the nipples, filled peg holes, modified some Namor feet to fit the ankles better (shortened the heels a bit too). Sculpt all the tribal gear; feather, headress, shoulder garment, modified a Ka-Zar loincloth and added details, fur tufts around legs and biceps are from Kingpin wave Black Cat. Sculpt shield and spine/ handle is from wooden (unused lol) chopstick, spear is sculpt. I used procreate so all the gear is durable, flexible and removable. Airbrushed and hand-panted the smaller details. A lot of insight, research and work went into this one, hope you all dig it as much as the commissioner did.
