Started with a DCMV Black Manta body, Spidey Noir head, painstakingly extracted the respirator of a Tron figure head, slightly Dremeled down the Spidey mouth and nose, secured the respirator, cut the hoses attached to the back to the head and flamethrower gauntlets. Stripped the paint from some Blue Beetle wings and attached to the back, wings are removable. Modified from Ultimate Green Goblin flames to make his accessories.
