Tar Baby starts out the new round of Morlocks I'm working on. He is a Frank Gorshin Riddler with sculpt for his hair/head. I had an extra Zombie jacket and thought it worked well for him. Little bits of foam pieces are the white stuck to him. An observation as I was making this one. Why does he had a rope belt. Wouldn't the pants stay up because of his mutation? Just wondering....
