Swapped the head with Dark Hawk then removed and sculpted over the face plate. Swapped the lower arms and hands with Speed Demon and made the wings out of Craft Foam (which keeps them lightweight for dynamic posing).

Looks very nice and professional. I am not at all familiar with the character, though.
