Dr. X is the arch enemy of the greatest hero of all time ActionMan.
Its appearance varies in each season, his hair, beard and mustache changes and his clothes too.
He lost his eye left and his hand in a fire.
He usually wears a patch that later changes for a robotic eye and a prosthesis in his hand that transforms it into a mechanical member.
