Much as I don't want to spoil a key plot point in The Mandalorian for everyone who has not seen the first episode yet, there's no escaping Baby Yoda on the internet and I wanted to make a custom figure as fast as I could. Where I am, the actual Black Series figure of the Mandalorian himself is really rare, so it was only after getting a hold of one that I got the push to go for it and make Baby Yoda.

The entire figure is a Kenner Yoda from 1995. I sanded down some of the face details and cut off the ears. The main things to resculpt were the ears and eyes, but I also smoothed over the chin and the jowls to make him appear more youthful. I sculpted over the rest of the figure and used craft pleather for the collar and cuffs. Painted it all up. I have no idea how to make his hovering crib, so he shall be toddling around like this for now. Thanks for looking!
