Rain from Mortal Kombat, based on his palette-swapped ninja costume, sculpted on top of a ML Namor base figure. All of the costume details are hand-sculpted from Milliput and styrene, except for the sash which is made of a super soft plastic to allow for posing. Forearms are cast in clear resin with translucent blue paint for his water power effects.
