A washout from the GI Joe program Blackout found a home instead with Cobra as a sniper. He has served on Cobra Special forces units in the past called the Plague. His brother, Barrel Roll and sister, Bombstrike are both GI Joe members which I am sure makes for an interesting family dynamic. This is my take on Blackout, a character I felt was always cool but just never really got a decent figure. I aimed to change that and am pleased with the turnout!
