I remember a few years ago, they brought Hive into Agents of SHIELD. I liked his simpler design for TV, and was curious if they would bring any other Hydra leaders into the show. Thought that might be how they prolonged the Hydra storyline. And while they did bring some others in, Gorgon was not among them. But seeing Hive did get me to look everyone up, and did initially make me interested in trying a full Hydra run. I never got around to that, and instead got a commission to give him a go.

Ok, so, both heads were from the BossFight male blank. The bald heads. Sculpted up the hair on both, and sculpted the mask onto one of them. Decided to try individual strands again. I can't quite make up my mind. One hand was from an old Wolverine Origins figure, and the open flat hand was a cast from Marauder. Sculpted up the sleeves, sandals, bracers, and full top half of the gi. Sword was from Psylocke. Bottom half of the gi--robe?--was cut from some vinyl material. Still trying to find a material I really like. Cut it down and glued it in place. Sculpted the belt over it. Full repaint, and all done!
