I took away the plastic fur-skirt and replaced it with a real one. That needed repainting, for the skirt was the colour of the skin. There is a silly thing with the knee with this figure - it sticks upward like it was meant to be a piece of armour. So I removed that. I also removed the tongue. Orcs are very tough with that. :D
His ankles are very loose, so a stand was necessary.
