Yep I'm gonna do 6 members of Sealab and Stormy is the starting piece! Stormy is a modded Longshot body with a JAZZWARES Ken head that has been given perfectly feathered hair! I also made a hair drier that Stormy will come with . . . to throw in a pool with Dr Quinn.

Harvey Birdman would be fairly easy. I've thought about it myself. DCSH Clark Kent body, sculpt the bird-cowl over the head, use wings from a ML Angel figure.
That's about it. :P Phil would be fun though. And you'd have to make Peanut and Birdgirl as well. :P
And Mentok...Reducto...just make everybody.
