In the Archie comic book series Eggman had a dozen sub-bosses to help manage various parts of his empire, after the Super Genesis Wave this was kept but most of the roster changed into new characters, one of which was Thunderbolt the Chinchilla. The Egg Bosses all had varying degrees of loyalty, ranging from trying to figure out how to take him down to actually believing in his rule. Thunderbolt is on the extreme loyalty end in that she actually seems to be in LOVE with Eggman. Enough background, the toy itself is a hybrid of 3D printing and hand sculpting. I made the base body in tinkercad which consisted of the feet, torso, and head, then sculpted the arms, tail, facial details, and fur collar. The hands come from an equestria girls mini and I used wires as the power cords that connect her head and hands to her backpack. Since thunderbolt is a Chinchilla she is VERY tiny even in context of the fiction, barely over 10 inches tall, so this minifigure style was the best way for me to preserve scale with existing Sonic toys.
