To build up an Gondorian army, I have been harvesting and customizing the Faramir Armor figure by toybiz.
I'll have over twenty figures when ready: swordsmen, spearmen and archers.
Here is my first spearman. The spearhead is made of a wooden paint stirring stick. A thick one.
The head is the original of Faramir with a different nose, beard and haircolour, done with greenstuff.
The figurs is repainted & coated allover.
The shield is the one from the Gondor soldier with a printed and painted over decall.
They are starting to look impressive when in unit! Servants of Sauron, be aware.
