Hello Realmers:

Hi wanted to get this 1997 Alien symbiote Venom back in action. He is a great figure that standing stretched makes it above the 8 inches. My original was the grey Venom, there was a red one that I saw on the net that it is amazing.

I remember buying this guy in 1997/1998. I was only collecting spawn and anime figures back then, but when I got a hold of this guy I thought he was really neat and incredible. I guess I make this my first marvel figure in my collection.

Don't know Why, maybe because of my room setups and lack of space, its been inside a drawer for more than 10 years. A few moths back I was thinking of him as Fodder. Soon I was gonna cut his hands and use them in a new project. But realized that this guy is a Really interesting and amazing figure. It just lacks a little of modern details.

Well just some dry brushing adding some tones of blue. Darkening other areas, and working some paint on its fangs, nails, horns etc and a little wash, and I think he is just right to make it to the Venom Shelf I have.

I thought it is such a neat Venom that it was worth to post this repaint although there is not much work on it.
