Once I made Goon and saw Frankie, I knew I'd want to make him too. I used the top half of Bilbo and the bottom of Gollum to make Pester awhile back but had no idea what to do with the left over parts. They looked cool together so I held onto them. Some sculpt for his clothes and hat, jawline. His belt and suspenders are rubber bands. Fodder machine gun to finish the look.
