Each base parts hinted Super-Adaptoid's abilities had duplicated/mimicked:-

Ultron head and War Machine Mark 1 lower legs- as mimicking Iron Man's armor. Why I put Ultron head there? It's because Ultron was born from Iron Legion, a part of Tony Stark creations.

*Ultron head was from Iron Man's modified head. I drilled the Iron Man's jaw to give Ultron mouth look. Ultron antennas were from bicycle's toy rims.

Utraposeable Spiderman body- as mimicking Spiderman's skills.

Thor's Mjolnir- as mimicking Thor's specific equipment.
