It's really annoying when you're trying to look up a character for better reference images, but the results are anything but what you need. Marvel Silhouette is a very unhelpful search entry. The fact that she was a member of the New Warriors helped.

So, I just sanded everything down on the base body. The upper torso and the lower legs. Added some sculpt to help smooth everything over where I I dremeled a bit too much. Sculpted up the knees and leg bands, used a dowel rod for the main section of the crutches, with sculpt added to round them out. Head was from Gamora/Black Widow, with the hair sculpted on. Feet were from an Avengers Black Widow, cut to look more like proper heels. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
