I like the quicksilver base because he already the right shade of blue so you don't have to worry about paint scraping off the joints. hair and symbol are sculpy, belt, and trim is pool patch material and plastic wire. I also replaced quicksilvers toes with movie beast's.
his hammer is spare parts and sculpy.
