If I remember correctly, I first made Shocker when I was doing a Sinister Syndicate set. I don't fully associate him with the team, so I can't immediately remember. It's like the Masters of Evil. He may have been a long running member, but wasn't in the roster I was most familiar with. With Masters of Evil, I'm most familiar with the Doc Ock led team that fought the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Head was a cast. I think from StarWarsGeek. I can't immediately remember. Sculpted up the shock gauntlets, top of the boots, and the entire suit from there. Took a few layers, and I tried to keep each cut even through the joints. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
