This is Nightcrawler's father. As seen in the "Return of Nightcrawler" arc where Azazel hss formed a pirate fleet from Hell to attack Heaven which gets protected by (the at tbe time dead) Nightcrawler as well as some X-Men who had crossed over through a portal that the Bamfs had made. The arc concludes with the Bamfs combining into a body to bring Nightcrawler's soul back to the living world.
