: La Borinqueña was created in 2016 by Edgardo Miranda-Rodriguezand is the first Puerto Rican superhero. She gets her powers from the Taino gods and her character and stories are tied into Puerto Rican, myth, history and issues. After doing some other customs I decided to tackle her. Main body is a white costumed Black Widow with head and hands from a Claire (Luke Cage) figure. Rosario Dawson is a big fan of the character so this is a nod to that (plus latinx and black heads are so hard to find!)  Please wait... |
