We got an official release of Black Cat, but it was such a disappointing figure. The body wasn't horrible, but the head was not too great. I fixed up my own rendition a while ago, and was glad to get a chance to revisit her.

Sculpted up the fur on the collar, arms, and legs. Then the zipper pieces on the lower torso and collar. Head was from one of those Gashapon figures. I think. I've had it for a while. Had to cut and dremel it to fit. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
