Darkhawk ToyBiz style
base figure is Spiderman with sculpted mask, crystal and gauntlets, shoulder pads from Wasp knee pads and wings cut from scrap.

Pretty straight forward. Not sure I've ever read any comics with him in it but he's a must for the collection.
