This may be too simple of a modification to be worth calling a custom figure. I'm only posting it because I'm so happy with how its turned out.

I really love the Marvel Select Carnage figure. It's my favorite figure of the character by far. But I never liked how his mouth is just painted on, rather than being fully sculpted. I assume this was done to make it look more like it's glowing, because that's how it's done in the comics, but it just looks drawn on to me.

All I did was take the head from the Kotobukiya ArtFX+ Carnage, dremel out a hole for the ball peg, and repainted it slightly to be more comic-accurate. I also used a bootleg Kotobukiya figure, because I didn't want to butcher a $100 statue.
