This is my third High Evolutionary, this in line with my second one as was asked to. I see this as a sort of "evil version", as having read first the Quicksilver comics, I see High Evolutionary as quite a benign character, when in purple armour. This, in red and shadowings, looks truly evil. Quite similar recipe to my 2nd version, but with technical improvements; Angel forearms, and all around much more solid construction. Another with parts carefully chosen to make paint rub something of the past, and make it as solid as a regular figure.
