Ok, so, Scirocco is another member of the DC villain team, the Hybrid. We got a total of eight of these guys. Scirocco got her powers from being caught in a sandstorm and hit with promethium. I was confused on the name at first, but scirocco is an actual word that refers to a hot dust-laden desert wind. So, yeah, that checks out.

One of the more complex ones in the group. So, first, fully built on the BossFight body. Sculpted up her entire wardrobe, and the entire cape. Hair was a cast from AvacsLab that originated from a Baroness. Alternate head was another blank head with the full hood sculpted around it. Sculpted up the entire sand tornado, as well. Thankfully, I left it hollow. It still came out pretty heavy. Stretched the sculpt enough that it would crack and tear, which offered a better overall effect. And build to stand just over 5" tall. Full repaint, and all done!
