Psyche-Out Was made from a Killmonger body, Peter Parker head, Adam Warlock hair, various fodder and Tamiya paints. His “weapon” was made from a fortnight accessories and satellite dish off of a TMNT figure. Not one of the more popular Joe’s but one I had as a kid and I remember my dad bringing it home to me.
