Not much is known about Doctor Pershing except he works for the Imperial Remnant under the presumed command of Moff Gideon seemingly in charge of extracting genetic material of some sort from individuals with high "M-counts". This lead him in to conflict with a Mandalorian by the name of Din Djarin who had been tasked with acquiring an item for the Imperials. However, after discovering the item was a 5o-year old child, the Mandalorian had a change of heart and rescued the Child from the Imperials. However, Pershing's experiments appear to have continued as a later assualt upon an Imperial base by the Mandalorian and his compatriots revealed large tubes of deformed failed experiments leading to speculation that this will somehow connect to the creation of Supreme Leader Snoke. From the patch Pershing wears upon his right sleeve he appears to have some connection to the planet Kamino where the Kaminoans had helped build the Clone Army for the Galactic Republic.

Doctor Pershing was a bit of a Frankenstein build. His legs are from the ESB Lando, his torso was modified from a Death Star Tropper, whil his arms are from General Veers with young Solo hands.His tunic came from a Finn First Order Disguise figure. His head was a 3D print purchased from Watto's Scrapyard with glasses I pilfered from a random Harry Potter figure.
