I was missing an emperor Palpatine to my litle Star Wars collection. The figure's price is way to high to my liking (like 200 euro on ebay). So I decided to make a free custom version myself. I used the Marvel Legends Black knight as a base, some old stockings for the cloths and used a Marvel legends MCU red skull head as a base for the Palpatine head wich I covered in Milliput and painted.
