When I saw the Captain America Hydra Supreme figure, I felt like it would be a great base figure for Batman. The armour, the texture of the fabric over his legs, the utility belt, it all felt in place. I sanded down the star on the chest and sculpted a Bat symbol over it. I sculpted on the gauntlets and used the ends of a cape as the gauntlet fin/spikes. I took the head from a Mattel Batman Arkham City figure and modified it. I then added a wired cape and sculpted on the section affixing the cape to the shoulders. I'm still having some trouble with paint rub on this, and I don't love how the eyes turned out, but I'm happy with the conversion overall. Thanks for looking!
