This Raj Comics character is an enemy to Inspector Steel. And he is covered with so many tools! Shockingly, I only had to cut a couple from the art. Consistently pretty happy with how these have been coming out.

Smoothed over the whole torso with sculpted, sculpted up the eye pieces, the hat, the collar, belt, and then all the straps and tools. Whew. I always have to sculpt in phases, over a period of days. I envy the people I've seen sculpt entire sections in a sitting. I always mess it up. But, from there, a full repaint, and all done!
