My Dad has created another new custom that I am sharing for him, this is the Death-Defying Devil also knowen as the Original Daredevil. Death-Defying Devil is one of the many forgotten superheros from the golden age of comics. He first appeared as Daredevil way back in the 40's. He was in WW2 just like Captain America and also just like the Captain managed to punch Hitler in the face. Alex Ross revived Daredevil during his project superpowers run along with other forgotten heros, he put them into moderen day by writting that they were all trapped in some kind of experimental nazi stasis chamber which had frozen them in time, this was one of the time his name was also changed as Daredevil was already copyrighted by the marvel character we know today, in fact when Stan Lee created Daredevil he asked the creators of the now knowen Death-Defying Devil if he could use the name for his character as the original Daredevil was fading away. Anyway hes a pretty cool old character that I had fun learning about whilst my Dad was working on him. He remembered Death-Defying Devil from the Alex Ross run and thats why he wanted to make him.
