I'm not surprised Raj Comics has a bunch of snake based characters. But, I still end up surprised when the next one comes up. It's like my brain thinks that should be the last one for some reason, and then there's another. In the end, they prove both fun and tedious. This one specifically is another friend of the hero Nagraj.

Completely built on the BossFight Gorgon. Cut the hands down and sculpted the fish tail type hands over them. Sculpted each of the spikes on the arms, the segments across the torso, and the necklace and belt. Recut the head a little bit, then sculpted on the helmet and snake piece. Also sculpted the tendrils on the tail, using two of them to help with easier balance. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
