The base figure is Ric Flair from the Toy Biz WCW IV Horsemen box set from the 90s. The cape connected to his wrist that connect on his back are from the Water Wars Storm (I believe if I remember right) and the extra cape and sash pieces are fodder from other figures. Another figure for my JSA/All-Star Squadron/Freedom Fighters collection.
