Ok I'm going get the ball rolling with a simple one, my first new custom is just a basic old kitbash, I took a NECA T-800, pulled the head off and put a NECA... that bloke from uncharted's head on there, stuck on some bits (mostly McFarlane military), stole Jason's machete (it's cool he doesn't need it anymore) I painted all the bits I stuck on, put some varnish on the AK stocks cause I like the way it looks, blackwashed it. Let it dry overnight, took some pictures (probably could have taken one or two more if I'm being honest), and here we are.
