Somehow, I ended up doing a long search through various Superman analogues. I'm not sure how I got there, but I ended up stumbling across Samaritan. A man who came from the future to save the world. Time stream circumstances gave him his powers, and now he's one of the strongest characters in the Astro City series.

Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs were from Gladiator. Head was also Hyperion with the hair fully resculpted. And the cape was also Hyperion, with portions of it resculpted. Full repaint, and all done!
