Used the Cottonmouth figure as a base for the body, mainly because it's a good base to not really worry about paint rub.
I did have to dremel the shoulders & neck though due to the yellow for those parts.
The head was from a G.I. Joe Classified Series Gung-Ho with some modifications on the top of the head & moustache.
Sculpted the belt & gauntlets & modified the hands to a different pose.
Completely repainted.
