Was glad this one popped up since I got a chance to remake the head. I've used the old head style each time, but read more Black Order stuff recently and it clicked that he was the legit leader. So I needed a more befitting head option.

Cut and resculpted the feet. Arms were from Mr Fantastic with random hands, also cut and resculpted a bit. Head was from Mysterio, resculpted a little, sculpted on some teeth, and sculpted on a hood. Sculpted the skirt piece, lower torso, bracers, arm bands, leg bands, side sections, and the entire cape. Staff was from a dowel rod with everything else sculpted onto it. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
