In recent years, I got to make the blue and black Tempest design, and I even made the Black Lantern Tempest at one point. But it's been years since I got to make his classic red design. My favorite look for him. Side note, I really hate that it is very unlikely we will never get to see him in the Titans series.

Head was a cast from StarWarsGeek. From there, a straight forward repaint. I tried to get all the black line work accurate to the comics, but it varied constantly. So, full repaint, and all done!
