Added to the collection is Sheriff Deputy Frank Hawkins from Halloween 2018 and Halloween Kills for this figure I used a few different parts.

Head :
Neca Ash vs the Evil Dead, I shaved down his
hair sculpted his new hair style bushy eyebrows and sanded down his bald head I filled in a few wrinkles and used a spare Terminator head for the neck and patched the head and neck together ….. re-painted it completely

Upper body:
Neca Terminator 2 motorcycle T-1000 sculpted the furry collar and repainted it completely.

Lower body:
Neca Terminator 2 T-1000 legs repainted.

This guy was fun to put together and I like the way he turned out !!
