Another forgotten ToyBiz prototype brought to life. I must admit, I don't know which costume they were going for with this one. It was fun none the less. This was my first figure that I built from the skeleton up (Ryan still popped the parts together). This one has just a little approx sculpt on the head, and switched hands, sanded the boots down... and have him a nice effective paint job.
