I'm pretty sure over the years I've run through most of The Rogues. Don't really want to look and see just how many I've missed. But in that line up, I never got around to making Pied Piper. So this was a cool one to have pop up. One more Rogue I can check off the list. I still need to get around to the female Mirror Master design.

Sculpted up the belt, skirt sections, shirt, and sleeves. Cape was from Grim Reaper with the collar cut off. Head was an old cast from AngelForge with the hair and hat sculpted on. Full flute was also sculpted. Full repaint, and all done!
