Warren Worthington III is one of the original X-Men. 'Nuff said!
I was looking at the Havok head, and thinking "With a little modification...". I started thinking the same about the Blizzard body. I put the two together, added some SHIELD agent hands, and Captain Universe feet, and BAM, Angel is created. As for the wings, I got them from an anime figure. This is the first custom that I've done in many years with freehand painting. I usually add label tape for costume paint separation, but the paint scheme was simple enough.
