Whiplash didn't get any version in the ML scale, so I've made it.

body: Cyclops Toy Biz Series 10
Hands: Drax GOTG 5-pack
Arms: Dhalsim SOTA
Prison uniform: Cloth

The gear was made using EVA and epoxi. The Whips were made with some wire and hot glue.
